Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Callout app and the callout.aero website, published by Bsight. Callout helps flight crew members view their roster, sync it with their calendar and receive alerts.

Access to the service

• Callout is reserved for adult flight crew members holding valid credentials for their airline's portal.
• You remain responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for complying with your airline's rules on their use.
• Callout is independent of any airline. The service relies on airline portals, which may change without notice: a feature may be temporarily unavailable.

Value of the information displayed

Callout+ subscription

• Partner pilots who help add their airline get Callout+ free of charge with no time limit, under the conditions agreed with them in writing.
• Callout+ gives access to open-slot alerts for standby and reserve duties, and to sharing your schedule with your family. The rest of Callout is free.
• Callout+ costs €6.99 per month including VAT, the price shown in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase. There is no free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings, never with Bsight. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access until that date.
• If your subscription ends, sharing with your family is suspended (their links and your settings are kept) and resumes as soon as you subscribe again.
• You can restore an existing subscription from the Callout+ screen in the app.
• Deleting your Callout account does not cancel the subscription: you must cancel it yourself in your Apple or Google account settings.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to extract, resell or disclose to third parties the master roster, the TLC directory or other crew members' data, and not to attempt to bypass the service's security.

Liability

Bsight uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy and availability of the service, without any guarantee of results. Bsight cannot be held liable for a decision made solely on the basis of information displayed by Callout, in particular for being late for or missing an activity.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app (this does not cancel an active Callout+ subscription, see above). Bsight may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms, after informing the user except in an emergency.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge.
